Moreover, all arrests including those that are not convicted are often included in the FBI database. The results may therefore, be misleading. Some people show a preference towards name based background check, while some others prefer referring to court records. In fact, none of these are comprehensive and perfect. For instance: Name based background check often returns misleading results, which may occur due to a mix up of similar names. It is therefore, advisable to use a blend of different background check for the perfect hiring decision.
